NOVELTY - Acrylic sheet composition comprises 100-110 pts. wt. polymethyl methacrylate, 4-6 pts. wt. methyl cyanoformate, 3-5 pts. wt. chloromethyl acetate, 6-8 pts. wt. ethylene glycol dimethacrylate, 2-4 pts. wt. acrylamide, 3-6 pts. wt. 2-hydroxyethyl acrylate, 4-6 pts. wt. nano-calcium carbonate, 2-4 pts. wt. nano-graphene, 2-5 pts. wt. nano-silicon carbide, 1-3 pts. wt. maleic anhydride, 1-3 pts. wt. trimethoxysilane, 1-2 pts. wt. magnesium stearate, 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. zinc stearate and 0.5-2 pts. wt. hydroxypropyl methylcellulose. USE - Used as acrylic sheet composition. ADVANTAGE - The acrylic sheet composition has high toughness (claimed); and enhance temperature resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing acrylic sheet composition comprising (i) adding mixture of polymethylmethacrylate, methyl cyanoformate, chloromethyl acetate into reactor, heating at 100-110 degrees C, pressure at 3-4 MPa, removing, stirring for 1-2 hours, (ii) mixing ethylene glycol dimethacrylate, acrylamide and 2-hydroxyethyl acrylate with material obtained in step (i) in reactor, heating at 135-145 degrees C, pressure at 3.5-4.5 MPa, removing, stirring for 2-3 hours, and (iii) mixing compound obtained in step (ii) with nano calcium carbonate, nano-graphene, nano silicon carbide, maleic anhydride, trimethoxysilane, magnesium stearate, zinc stearate and hydroxypropyl methylcellulose into high-speed mixer, stirring in extruder, heating at 160-170 degrees C, and cooling to obtain final product.
