NOVELTY - An epoxy resin electrostatic spray coating contains 50-80 pts. wt. bisphenol A type epoxy resin, 20-35 pts. wt. unsaturated polyester resin, 15-30 pts. wt. melamine resin, 3-15 pts. wt. silicone resin, 1.5-3.5 pts. wt. trimellitic anhydride, 1-3 pts. wt. polyamide resin, 0.1-1 pts. wt. isophthalic acid dihydrazide, 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. 2-methylimidazole, 2-5 pts. wt. zinc dialkyl dithiophosphate, 3-15 pts. wt. nano-alumina, 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. diphenylsilanediol and 3-15 pts. wt. 9,10-dihydro-9-oxa-10-phosphaphenanthrene-10-oxide,. USE - Epoxy resin electrostatic spraying coating (Claimed). ADVANTAGE - The epoxy resin electrostatic spraying coating has excellent heat resistance, excellent flame retardance, low curing temperature, short curing time and long service life. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for the composition of epoxy resin electrostatic spray coating which comprises 50-80 pts. wt. bisphenol A type epoxy resin, 20-35 pts. wt. unsaturated polyester resin, 15-30 pts. wt. melamine resin, 3-15 pts. wt. silicone resin, 1.5-3.5 pts. wt. Trimellitic anhydride, 1-3 pts. wt. polyamide resin, 0.1-1 pts. wt. isophthalic acid dihydrazide, 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. 2-methylimidazole, 2-5 pts. wt. zinc dialkyl dithiophosphate, 3-15 pts. wt. nano-alumina, 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. diphenylsilanediol, 3-15 pts. wt. 9,10-dihydro-9-oxa-10-phosphaphenanthrene-10-oxide, 2-5 pts. wt.
