▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A graphene laminate (1) comprises a graphene oxide-containing layer (3), a graphene-containing layer (2), and a mixed layer (4) in which the oxygen content ratio shows a concentration gradient which continuously decreases in a thickness direction from the graphene oxide-containing layer side toward the graphene-containing layer side. The mixed layer is arranged between the graphene oxide-containing layer and the graphene-containing layer. USE - Graphene laminate is used for thermal diffusion sheet. ADVANTAGE - The graphene laminate has improved thermal conductivity and electric resistance. The graphene laminate is manufactured by an economical process. The thermal diffusion sheet effectively dissipates heat generated from electronic components. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for production of graphene laminate, which involves applying a voltage from both sides of a graphene oxide sheet, and partially reducing the graphene oxide in the thickness direction of the graphene oxide sheet.
