NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene/nanocrystalline cellulose hybrid membrane involves performing oxidation treatment of graphene oxide and nanocrystalline cellulose by adding dispersing agent, carrying out ultrasonic dispersion, adjusting pH value to 5-7, mixing dispersing agent with deionized water, ethanol, propanol and/or ethylene glycol, placing graphene oxide/ nanocrystalline cellulose dispersion in water bath at 90-95 degrees C, adding reducing agent, ultrasonically or mechanically stirring and spin coating, spray coating or casting the prepared graphene/nanocrystalline cellulose hybrid membrane. USE - Method for preparing graphene/nanocrystalline cellulose hybrid membrane (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The membrane has high uniformity, thermal stability and conductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of graphene/nanocrystalline cellulose hybrid membrane comprises performing oxidation treatment of graphene oxide and nanocrystalline cellulose by adding dispersing agent, preparing 0.l-l mg/ml graphene oxide dispersion and 5-20 mg/ml nanocrystalline cellulose dispersion, carrying out ultrasonic dispersion for 2 hours with power of 8-150 W, dropping a solution of graphene oxide dispersion with dropping speed of 3-60 ml/minute based on mass ratio of 2-60:1, continuing ultrasonic dispersion for 0.5-l hour, adjusting pH value to 5-7 to obtain concentration of 1.5 -15.5 mg/ml graphene oxide/nanocrystalline cellulose dispersion, mixing dispersing agent with deionized water, ethanol, propanol and/or ethylene glycol, placing graphene oxide/ nanocrystalline cellulose dispersion in water bath at 90-95 degrees C, adding reducing agent base on ratio of 10:6-10, ultrasonically or mechanically stirring for 4-6 hours with power of 80-l50 W and stirring rate of 50-l000 revolutions/minute to obtain uniform dispersion and stable graphene/nanocrystalline cellulose dispersion, spin coating, spray coating or casting the prepared graphene/nanocrystalline cellulose hybrid membrane. Reducing agent is hydrazine hydrate or ethylenediamine and/or n-butylamine. Graphene oxide diameter is 0.5-3 mu m. Length of nanocrystalline cellulose is 0.5-1 mu m and diameter is 30-100 nm.
