▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Use of an ionic gel in graphene transfer, is claimed. The ionic gel contains an ionic liquid and 2-5 wt.% initiator. The ionic liquid comprises 85-90 wt.% 1-ethyl-3-methylimidazolium bis(trifluoromethanesulfonyl)imide and 6-10 wt.% polyethylene glycol diacrylate monomer. USE - The ionic gel in a graphene transfer method for preparing a graphene transistor (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The ionic gel has large elastic modulus, and is not easy to crack. The graphene transistor has reduced threshold voltage and hysteresis, and increased source current and mobility under the same gate voltage. The graphene transfer method using the ionic gel does not need to remove the ionic gel, solves the traps formed by polymethylmethacrylate remaining on the graphene, reduces the cost and avoids the use of toxic solvents. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) a method for graphene transfer; (2) a method for preparing the graphene transistor; and (3) the graphene transistor.
