▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing nitrogen-phosphorus co-doped graphene material, comprises (i) mixing graphene and vitamin B12 solution, (ii) uniformly stirring mixed solution and drying, (iii) placing the mixture in a calcining furnace, calcining at high temperature under the protection of inert gas to obtain the calcined mixture, and (iv) adding phosphorus-containing substance to the calcined mixture, mixing and processing under the protection of inert gas to obtain nitrogen-phosphorus co-doped grapheme material, where the phosphorus-containing substance comprises phosphorus powder and phosphide when the phosphorus-containing substance is phosphorus powder, mixing and grinding the mixture with the phosphorus powder uniformly, placing the mixture in ball milling tank, heating and calcining under the protection of inert gas to obtain nitrogen-phosphorus co-doped graphene material, mixing and grinding mixture and the phosphide in the calcining furnace under the protection of inert gas for the second time. USE - The material is useful in preparing antibacterial material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The material realizes the preparation of the graphene co-doped with nitrogen and phosphorus, enhance its antibacterial properties by adding phosphorus-containing substances and ball-milling phosphorus powder or calcining phosphide. The method is simple and can be used for industrial production.
