The chemical bond FeOF particles are formed in the graphene-FeOF surface. A carbon atom layer graphene is combined with the chemical bond FeOF particles. USE - Positive electrode composite material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a positive electrode composite material manufacturing method.
