NOVELTY - This new utility model claims of one of graphene super capacitor and energy storage system, wherein, graphene super-capacitor comprising: manufacturing two in one welding plate on print circuit board and, respectively the graphene super capacitor as the first set of fluid substrate and the second set fluid substrate; the first graphite electrode and graphite electrode patterning of the second laser carving reduction processing by the first collected fluid substrate and the second set fluid and substrate oxidation graphene film formed inside of drip-painting are made and, wherein, oxidation graphene film after oxidation graphene solution by dry molding shaping, and the packaging structure, the packaging structure for the first graphite electrode and graphite electrode and the second electrolyte sealing for graphene super capacitor. According to this scheme, the welding plate of using print circuit board as current collector substrate, optimizing of graphene super capacitor and preparing technology, saving of welding process, increase of integration degree of print circuit board.
