NOVELTY - Graphene aerogel fire-resistant coating comprises component A comprises polyester resin, insulating carbon black pigment, silica, graphene aerogel, solvent, dispersant, leveling agent and catalyst and component B. USE - The products are electronic and electrical products (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method has high temperature resistance, fireproof protection function after coating the electronic appliance product surface, provides certain time of barrier effect when the electronic appliance product is short-circuited for accident. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for (1) preparing graphene aerogel fire-proof coating, comprising (i) adding firstly polyester resin, diluting dispersant with a solvent and stirring at a speed of 500-1000 revolutions/minute for 10-20 minutes, (ii) adding insulating carbon black pigment, silica and graphene aerogel to the dispersion, and stirring at a speed of 3000-5000 revolutions/minute for 60-80 minutes, reducing the speed to 500-1000 revolutions/minute, adding leveling agent and catalyst to obtain component A, (iii) mixing uniformly component A and component B to obtain paint, and (iv) utilizing a three-roll machine to grind the paint 3-5 times until the fineness is less than or equal to 10 mu m, filtering and packaging; and (2) use of graphene aerogel fireproof coating, comprising coating on the surface of the product by screen printing or spraying, and baking at 50-80 degrees C for 30-50 minutes to crosslinking and solidifying to form a film.
