▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Graphene oxide modified cathodic electrophoretic primer comprises an epoxy resin aqueous solution and a graphene oxide solution, where the epoxy resin aqueous solution is 90-99 wt.% in the primer, and graphene oxide solution is 1-10 wt.% in the primer, the epoxy resin aqueous solution comprises 5-20 pts. wt. small molecule epoxy resin, 3-10 pts. wt. chain extender, 0.1-2 pts. wt. regulator, 0.01-1 pts. wt. catalyst, 1-8 pts. wt. amine compound, 5-20 pts. wt. isocyanate curing agent, 1-5 pts. wt. organic solvent, 3-8 pts. wt. additives, 1-5 pts. wt. neutralizer, and 50-65 pts. wt. deionized water. USE - Used as a graphene oxide modified cathodic electrophoretic primer. ADVANTAGE - The method: improves the corrosion resistance of the coating; achieves mechanical properties of a qualitative change in the conductivity of the coating film, which reaches more than 13x 103 S/cm; performs secondary electrophoresis on its uniformly conductive surface, and achieves the excellent performance of 1500 hour resistance to neutral salt spray/1500 hour resistance to ultraviolet light. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for secondary coating comprising pre-treating material to be coated with phosphating or non-phosphorus and drying, immersing in the working solution of the graphene modified cathodic electrophoretic coating, connecting to the cathode of the rectifier cabinet, and an anode made of anticorrosive steel material, electrophoresis for 1-10 minutes at an electrophoresis voltage of 100-380 V, after the completion of the electrophoresis, taking out the material, washing off the floating paint with deionized water, and flash drying at 80 degrees C to complete the first coating, immersing the first coating of the material in the acrylic cathodic topcoat working fluid, electrophoresis under the electrophoresis voltage of 100-380 V for 1-10 minutes, after the end, taking out the workpiece or metal plate, using deionized water to wash away the floating paint, and drying at 160-200 degrees C for 15-40 minutes, cross-linking the coating completely and curing to complete the secondary electrophoretic coating.
