NOVELTY - Preparing light transmitting plastic film containing scandium modified graphene oxide comprises e.g. (i) adding 40-50 pts. wt. diazonium salt into the 42-56 pts. wt. hydrochloric acid solution, stirring until completely dissolving, adding 4-8 pts. wt. sodium nitrite and stirring mixture uniformly to obtain a mixed solution; (ii) mixing 3-5 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 0.5-1 pts. wt. sodium citrate and 94-96.5 pts. wt. deionized water at certain specified portion, dispersing by an ultrasonic disperser to obtain mixed solution, applying liquid nitrogen to cooling system, carrying out diazotization reaction occurs between the diazonium salt solution and graphene oxide dispersion to form pi - pi conjugated system to modify the graphene oxide material and drying; and (iii) premixing 15-30 pts. wt. composite modified material with a 62-82 pts. wt. matrix resin, 3-8 pts. wt. plasticizer, and 0.2-0.3 pts. wt. antioxidant, blowing into a film by an extruder, drawing under cold condition and rolling. USE - The method is useful for preparing light transmitting plastic film containing scandium modified graphene oxide. ADVANTAGE - The method improves dispersibility in substrate by forming a conjugated system by diazo reaction between a diazonium salt and a graphene oxide thus improves light-transmitting effect of the plastic film, is simple and economical and consumes less energy. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing light transmitting plastic film containing scandium modified graphene oxide comprises (i) adding 40-50 pts. wt. diazonium salt into the 42-56 pts. wt. hydrochloric acid solution, stirring until completely dissolving, adding 4-8 pts. wt. sodium nitrite and stirring mixture uniformly to obtain a mixed solution; (ii) mixing 3-5 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 0.5-1 pts. wt. sodium citrate and 94-96.5 pts. wt. deionized water at certain specified portion, dispersing by an ultrasonic disperser to obtain mixed solution, applying liquid nitrogen to cooling system, carrying out diazotization reaction occurs between the diazonium salt solution and the graphene oxide dispersion to form pi - pi conjugated system to modify the graphene oxide material and drying using a gas dryer to obtain a composite modified material, where mass ratio of the nitrogen salt solution and graphene oxide dispersion is 1:2-2:3; and (iii) premixing 15-30 pts. wt. composite modified material with a 62-82 pts. wt. matrix resin, 3-8 pts. wt. plasticizer, and 0.2-0.3 pts. wt. antioxidant, blowing into a film by an extruder, drawing under cold condition and rolling. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for light transmitting plastic film containing scandium modified graphene oxide, prepared as mentioned above.
