▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Batch preparation of graphene film involves (i) dispersing graphite oxide and crushing to obtain a graphene oxide solution, (ii) coating graphene oxide solution on a porous grid substrate and drying to obtain a graphene oxide film, and (iii) sequentially carbonizing and graphitizing the graphene oxide film. USE - Batch preparation of graphene film (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables simple, efficient and economical preparation of graphene film with improve stability and performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for graphene film, which has a thickness of 10-300 mu m, a density of 1.5-2.1 g/cm3, a thermal diffusion coefficient of 550-770 mm2/second, an electroconductivity of 104-105 S/m, and a tensile strength of 33-100 MPa.
