NOVELTY - Production of polyaniline-supported graphene coating involves adding aniline monomer and graphite oxide to acidic aqueous solution, ultrasonically dispersing, obtaining purple-brown sol (A), dissolving oxidizing agent in an acidic aqueous solution, gradually dripping to sol (A), obtaining mixed sol, placing mixed sol in heat preservation device, stirring at constant temperature, obtaining black precipitate, washing the black precipitate, dispersing in aqueous solution of potassium iodide, adding thickener, stirring at room temperature to 60 degrees C for 8-12 hours in ultrasonic environment, obtaining stable blue conductive dispersion slurry, spin coating or scraping the slurry on the surface of the material, and air-drying at room temperature to 70 degrees C. USE - Production of polyaniline-supported graphene coating (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method efficiently provides polyaniline-supported graphene coating having excellent synergistic effect and conductivity, and strong adhesive force, without affecting the environment.
