NOVELTY - Preparing high-pressure-resistant pipeline plastic involves preparing modified carbon fiber, preparing modified nano particle, adding graphene oxide into absolute ethyl alcohol with dosage ratio of 7-26 g:100 ml, soaking completely graphene oxide, performing ultrasonic treatment for 10-16 minutes under the condition of frequency of 40-100 kilohertz to obtain a dispersion liquid of the graphene oxide for later use, adding tetraethoxysilane, ethanol and silane coupling agent into a reaction kettle with specific weight ratio, and stirring at high speed for 6-10 minutes under the condition of the rotation speed of 2000-4000 revolutions per minute to obtain an ethanol solution of ethyl orthosilicate. USE - Method for preparing high-pressure-resistant pipeline plastic. ADVANTAGE - The prepared anti-high pressure pipeline plastic has improved stability of a uniform dispersion system of the nano silicon dioxide and the graphene, improved stability of a point-surface combination structure of the nano silicon dioxide and the graphene in the subsequent processing process, and improved strength,toughness and wear resistance of the plastic. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing high-pressure-resistant pipeline plastic involves preparing modified carbon fiber, preparing modified nano particle, adding graphene oxide into absolute ethyl alcohol with dosage ratio of 7-26 g:100 ml, soaking completely graphene oxide, performing ultrasonic treatment for 10-16 minutes under the condition of frequency of 40-100 kilohertz to obtain a dispersion liquid of the graphene oxide for later use, adding tetraethoxysilane, ethanol and silane coupling agent into a reaction kettle with specific weight ratio, stirring at high speed for 6-10 minutes under the condition of the rotation speed of 2000-4000 revolutions per minute to obtain an ethanol solution of ethyl orthosilicate, adding the dispersion liquid of the obtained graphene oxide into the ethanol solution of ethyl orthosilicate, stirring for 3-5 minutes at the rotation speed of 400-600 revolutions per minute, processing ultrasonically for 7-12 minutes under the condition of frequency of 60-120 kilohertz, stirring the mixture at the rotation speed of 200-400 revolutions per minute, adding aqueous ammonia, adjusting the pH value to 5-6, raising the temperature to 45-50degrees Celsius, keeping the temperature for reaction for 40-60 minutes, raising the reaction temperature to 120-145degrees Celsius, performing reduced pressure dehydration until the solid-to-liquid ratio is 1:0.8-1.2 to obtain nano mixed slurry, adding the obtained nano mixed slurry into N, N-dimethylformamide, mixing, stirring uniformly, adding isocyanate, mixing, stirring, dissolving, raising the reaction temperature to 65-80degrees Celsius, keeping the temperature for reaction for 2-5 hours, performing solid-liquid separation, drying the solid-phase product at the temperature of 60-80degrees Celsius to obtain a grafted product of graphene oxide and nano silicon dioxide, namely modified nano particle, adding polypropylene into an internal mixer for melting, adding orderly dicumyl peroxide as an initiator, adding diallyl bisphenol A into the internal mixer, stirring, reacting at 170-200degrees Celsius for 8-12 minutes and the rotating speed of 40-60 revolutions per minute to obtain graft modified polypropylene, mixing uniformly the obtained graft modified polypropylene, compatibilizer, antioxidant, modified carbon fiber, and modified nano- particle, adding the mixture into a screw extruder for extrusion granulation to obtain the high-pressure-resistant pipeline plastic.
