NOVELTY - Aminophenyl silicone oil/graphene fabric in which surface of the fabric is hydrophilic, cotton fabric, hemp fabric, silk fabric, wool fabric, and surface is provided with aminophenyl silicone oil-modified graphene. USE - Aminophenyl silicone oil/graphene fabric. ADVANTAGE - The aminophenyl silicone oil/graphene fabric has smoothness, flexibility, temperature resistance, hydrophobicity, electrical conductivity and ultraviolet resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing an aminophenyl silicone oil/graphene fabric, which involves: (A) subjecting amino group-containing siloxane prepolymer, the phenyl group-containing siloxane, the octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane and the 3-5 mPa.s dimethyl silicone oil to an equilibrium reaction to obtain an amino group-containing silicone oil; (B) adding 1 pts. wt. Hummers method graphene oxide to 20-50 pts. wt. 1-2 wt.% concentration of aminophenyl silicone oil in ethanol solution, and stirring at 50-90 degrees C for 20-30 hours; (C) taking out suction filtration, washing, and drying at 50-60 degrees C for 3-4 h to obtain aminophenyl silicone oil modified graphene oxide; (D) taking 1-5 wt.% aminophenyl silicone oil modified graphene oxide ethanol solution and adding salt to fix the color, ultrasonic impregnation at 50-90 degrees C for 10-20 min followed by suction filtration, washing, drying at 50-60 degrees C for 3-4 h to obtain aminophenyl silicone oil modified graphene oxide fabric; (E) adding 4-10 pts. wt. reducing agent having a concentration of 0.2-0.4 mol/L to 100 pts. wt. concentration of 2-5 wt.% aminophenyl silicone oil modified graphene oxide fabric ethanol solution; and (F) stirring reaction at 50-90 degrees C for 2-5 hours, filtering, washing and drying at 50-60 degrees C for 4-6 hours to obtain an aminophenyl silicone oil/graphene fabric.
