NOVELTY - Synthesizing graphene-protein composite materials, comprises (1) performing ultrasonic dispersion of graphene oxide in dimethylformamide to prepare a solution having concentration of 1-20 mg/ml, adding sulfhydryl compound under nitrogen protection, stirring for 0.5-12 hours, adding reducing agent, performing reduction reaction at 45-200 degrees C for 0.5-120 hours, and removing unreacted sulfhydryl compound by centrifugal washing for 3-5 times to obtain sulfhydryl graphene, (2) obtaining a protein solution by dissolving keratin in water, adding deforming agent into the solution, and unfolding the protein to expose the sparse group to form a protein denaturation solution, and (3) adding sulfhydryl graphene into protein denaturation solution, crosslinking and assembling the graphene and the protein by generating a disulfide bond, and obtaining graphene-protein composite material. USE - The material is useful for preventing damage of hair scales. ADVANTAGE - The material absorbs small impurities, and improves moisturizing of hair.
