▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Conductive polymer composite material comprises 100-200 pts. wt. cement, 100-360 pts. wt. medium sand, 0.2-2.6 pts. wt. conductive filler, 5-25 pts. wt. polymer, 5-12 pts. wt. silica fume, 3-16 pts. wt. expansion agent, 0.1-0.6 pts. wt. dispersant, 0.05-0.2 pts. wt. defoamer, 1-2.8 pts. wt. water reducing agent, and 30-65 pts. wt. water. USE - Used as conductive polymer composite material. ADVANTAGE - The material: has the properties of dehumidification, conductivity, impermeability, corrosion resistance, mechanics and durability; improves the flexibility and waterproof performance; and is more suitable for wet environments e.g. underground tunnels. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the conductive polymer composite material, comprising (i) adding a certain amount of water in a constant temperature water bath, keeping the temperature at 60 degrees C, slowly adding 0.4 wt.% dispersant methyl cellulose to the water, stirring at a constant speed until fully dissolved, then adding the chopped carbon fiber, fully stirring, and stirring and stirring defoamer to obtain mixture A, (ii) transferring the mixture A to an ultrasonic cleaner, ultrasonically dispersing for 0.5-1 hours, and finally dispersing the carbon fiber, (iii) drying and mixing sand, cement, silica fume, carbon black and expansion agent in a cement slurry mixer for 1 minute, and then adding the carbon fiber dispersion along with water reducing agent and water, and stirring to obtain a slurry, and (iv) adding the polymer emulsion to the slurry and stirring, slowly stirring for 120 seconds, pausing for 15 seconds, and quickly stirring for 120 seconds to obtain a composite slurry.
