NOVELTY - A thermal management article (10) consists of graphite sheet (12) having opposing major surfaces (16, 18), and a graphene oxide coating provided on opposed major surface(s) having thickness of 0.1-30 microns. The graphite sheet has thickness of 10-100 microns and in-plane thermal conductivity of 250 W/mK or more. USE - Thermal management article is used for processor, integrated circuit and display. ADVANTAGE - The thermal management article has thermal conductivity and electrically insulated coating sufficient for use in electronic device. The product obtained using the article is lightweight.
