NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene oxide-reinforced solid waste inorganic spherical adsorbent involves mixing fly ash and slag to obtain mixed powder, mixing the mixed powder and the alkali excitation solution, dripping the graphene oxide dispersion, mechanically stirring to obtain graphene oxide/inorganic polymer slurry composite, spheroidizing by heating polyethylene glycol solution to 60-90degrees Celsius, stirring with mechanical stirrer, dripping the composite, stirring to obtain spherical inorganic composite particles, placing the composite particles in oven, drying and solidifying, washing with deionized water and absolute ethanol, drying at 60-90degrees Celsius in oven and curing for 3-7 days to obtain solidified spherical graphene oxide reinforced-solid waste inorganic materials, adding to deionized water, adding hydrochloric acid solution to neutralize excess alkali metal ions, soaking for 1-10 days, taking out, washing with absolute ethanol 1-3 times and drying at 25-90degrees Celsius for 0.5-5 days. USE - Preparation of graphene oxide-reinforced solid waste inorganic spherical adsorbent for treatment of actual solid waste and removal of heavy metal ions e.g. lead, cadmium and copper in industrial wastewater (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The prepared spherical adsorbent has particle size of 50-2000 mum, controllable pores and excellent adsorption performance, and enables efficient treatment of wastewater. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of graphene oxide-reinforced solid waste inorganic spherical adsorbent involves (s1) ultrasonically dispersing graphene oxide and deionized water in 0.001-0.25:1 to obtain graphene oxide dispersion, (s2) stirring potassium hydroxide and silica gel solution in mass ratio of 0.7-1.2:0.7-1.2 using magnetic stirrer to obtain alkali excitation solution, (s3) mixing fly ash and slag in mass ratio of 1-2:1 to obtain mixed powder, mixing the mixed powder and the alkali excitation solution in mass ratio of 2-6:4-5, dripping the graphene oxide dispersion, mechanically stirring for 20-50 minutes until the color of the slurry gradually deepens to obtain graphene oxide/inorganic polymer slurry composite, (s4) spheroidizing by heating polyethylene glycol solution to 60-90degrees Celsius, stirring with mechanical stirrer, dripping the composite, stirring to obtain spherical inorganic composite particles, placing the composite particles in oven, drying at 60-90degrees Celsius and solidifying for 1-3 days, washing with deionized water and absolute ethanol, and (s5) drying at 60-90degrees Celsius in oven and curing for 3-7 days to obtain solidified spherical graphene oxide reinforced-solid waste inorganic materials, and (s6)adding to deionized water, adding hydrochloric acid solution to neutralize excess alkali metal ions, soaking for 1-10 days until the pH reaches 7, taking out, washing with absolute ethanol 1-3 times, and drying at 25-90degrees Celsius for 0.5-5 days. The mass ratio of the graphene oxide dispersion to alkali excitation solution is 1-4:20-25.
