NOVELTY - Graphene auxiliary agent, comprises 0.2-1 pts. wt. graphene oxide powder, 10-20 pts. wt. dimethylformamide solvent, 80-90 pts. wt. methacrylic acid monomer, 0.1-1 pts. wt. polymerization inhibitor and 0.01-0.1 pts. wt. first catalyst. USE - The graphene auxiliary agent is useful in main resin for preparing electrophoretic coating emulsion (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene auxiliary agent efficiently improves the compatibility of the graphene and electrophoretic coating exerting the modification effect of graphene, improves salt spray resistance of the low-film coating, counteracting the negative influence of the acrylic resin-salt spray performance, and improves weather resistance of the coating. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: Preparing graphene auxiliary agent, comprising (a) adding graphene oxide powder into dimethylformamide solvent, and dispersing to obtain graphene oxide dispersion liquid, and (b) adding methacrylic acid monomer, polymerization inhibitor and first catalyst to the obtained graphene oxide dispersion liquid, heating and warming to obtain the graphene auxiliary agent; Main resin, comprising 22-27 pts. wt. basic epoxy resin, 6-10 pts. wt. chain extender, 0.01-0.05 pts. wt. second catalyst, 15-25 pts. wt. organic solvent, 1.5-2.5 pts. wt. initiator, 4-8 pts. wt. styrene, 4-8 pts. wt. methyl methacrylate, 8-12 pts. wt. hydroxyethyl methacrylate, 8-12 pts. wt. butyl acrylate, 4-8 pts. wt. glycidyl methacrylate, 3-7 pts. wt. active hydrogen-containing amine compound, and 3-5 pts. wt. graphene auxiliary agent, where the epoxy equivalent weight of the basic epoxy resin is 184-188; Preparing main resin, comprising (i) mixing basic epoxy resin, chain extender and organic solvent, stirring and heating, adding second catalyst into it, and carrying out chain extension reaction to obtain macromolecular epoxy resin, and (ii) mixing initiator, styrene, methyl methacrylate, hydroxyethyl methacrylate, butyl acrylate, glycidyl methacrylate and graphene auxiliary agent, dropping it into the obtained macromolecular epoxy resin, adding active hydrogen-containing amine compound into it, and heating and reacting to obtain the main resin; Electrophoretic coating emulsion, comprising 25-35 pts. wt. main resin, 5-10 pts. wt. blocked isocyanate curing agent, and 0.8-1.5 pts. wt. acid neutralizer; and Preparing electrophoretic coating emulsion, comprising mixing main resin and blocked isocyanate curing agent, heating at 40-60 ℃, adding an acid neutralizer into it, stirring for 0.5-2 hours, and adding deionized water to dilute to a solid content of 33-35%, where the obtained emulsion is a high salt mist weather-resistant electrophoretic coating.
