NOVELTY - Preparing biomass material heat insulation film comprises (i) washing biomass material, drying, grinding, and sieving to obtain biomass material powder, (ii) heat-treating the biomass material powder under specific atmosphere to obtain porous graphite powder, (iii) mixing specific amount of polyvinylidene fluoride with porous graphene powder, grinding and mixing with specific amount of N-methylpyrrolidone to obtain slurry, (iv) coating the slurry on a glass substrate or substrate at a specific temperature, and (v) soaking the glass substrate or specific substrate coated with slurry in deionized water to obtain final product. USE - The method is useful for preparing biomass material heat insulation film. ADVANTAGE - The method uses biomass material as raw material, has low production cost, improves utilization rate and simple preparation process, and produces heat insulation film having excellent heat insulation effect, and is environmentally friendly.
