▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Virus-shaped silicon dioxide-graphene composite material comprises 68.5-81 pts. wt. virus-shaped silicon dioxide nanoparticle suspension and 8.3-35 pts. wt. graphene solution. The virus-shaped silicon dioxide is aminated. The carboxy functional group on the graphene is then used to connect the virus-shaped silicon dioxide to the graphene. USE - The composite material is useful in multi-stage programmed wound healing repair agent (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composite material: can promote hemostasis, inflammation and proliferation in multi-stage program; accelerates wound healing; and has wide application requirements and practical significance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the virus-shaped silicon dioxide-graphene composite material, comprising (1) taking 10-50 mg graphene powder into ultrapure water, and ultrasonically dispersing to obtain graphene dispersion, (2) taking 10-50 mg 1-ethyl-(3-dimethylaminopropyl) carbodiimide hydrochloride solution and 40-80 mg N-hydroxysuccinimide solution, adding them together to the graphene dispersion prepared in step (1), stirring at room temperature in the dark to prepare a mixed solution, centrifuging the mixed solution to obtain a precipitate, using ultrapure water to repeatedly wash the precipitate at least 3 times, then ultrasonically dispersing the primary sediment into 20 ml ultrapure water to prepare primary sediment dispersion, and (3) taking 20-60 mg virus-shaped silicon dioxide, adding 20 ml ultrapure water, ultrasonically mixing to obtain a virus-shaped silicon dioxide nanoparticle suspension, which is added dropwise to the primary precipitate dispersion prepared in step (2), stirring at room temperature for 24 hours, then centrifuging the mixed solution to obtain secondary sediment, repeatedly washing the secondary sediment using ultrapure water for at least 3 times, and drying the secondary precipitate to obtain virus-shaped silicon dioxide-graphene composite material.
