NOVELTY - Mortar comprises 1 pt. wt. cement, 0.4 pt. wt. water, 3 pts. wt. natural river sand, 0.0015-0.003 pt. wt. polycarboxylic acid high performance water reducer powder and 0.0001-0.001 pt. wt. graphene oxide. USE - As mortar. ADVANTAGE - The mortar is environmentally friendly. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the mortar involving (i) preparing graphene oxide solution, (ii) mixing and diluting the graphene oxide solution with water, adding polycarboxylic acid high-performance water-reducing agent powder, uniformly stirring and mixing again to obtain mixed solution containing graphene oxide mortar, and (iii) preparing composite cement, sand and mixed solution by (a) using flexible graphite coil as the raw material at normal temperature, drying, slicing, completely immersing in a vessel containing concentrated sulfuric acid solution having concentration of 98%, using the flexible graphite coil as the anode, and platinum wire as cathode, taking the direct current as 1.6 volts for about 20 minutes, so that the flexible graphite roll material forms low-order intercalated graphite continuous material, (b) taking out the continuous material of intercalated graphite at normal temperature and removing the absorbed concentrated sulfuric acid, and completely immersing in a vessel containing 50% dilute sulfuric acid solution with the intercalated graphite continuous material as anode and platinum wire as cathode, passing direct current of 5 volts into the electrolyte solution for electrolytic stripping for 1 minute to obtain graphite oxide, and (c) washing the diluted sulfuric acid adsorbed on the graphite oxide with distilled water and performing ultrasonic dispersion treatment in water to obtain the product.
