NOVELTY - The fabric has a base material, a conductive graphene ink layer and a copper foil lead fixed on base material. An insulating glue layer is coated on a surface of the conductive graphene ink layer. A substrate is formed as an insulating film whose thickness is 30-200 microns. The conductive graphene ink layer comprises graphene and conductive ink according to mass ratio of 13-19:1, where thickness of the insulating film is 90 microns. USE - Graphene heating fabric for tent, carpet, mattress, wood brick bed and clothes. ADVANTAGE - The graphene heating fabric has better heating effect, keeps the flexibility and toughness of the heating film, and can be compounded with the wall cloth to replace the indoor wall for heating, and avoids the heating problem of the outdoor worker, and has wide market prospect.
