NOVELTY - Preparation of carbon nanotube/graphene hybrid material comprises mixing graphene oxide, dicyclopentadienyl iron and absolute ethyl alcohol, drying, obtaining a mixture, and conducting microwave reduction in a specific gas comprising hydrogen, argon gas and/or nitrogen gas. USE - The method is for preparation of carbon nanotube/graphene hybrid material used for high heat conducting polymer-based composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method simplifies the growth of carbon nanotube, improves the preparation efficiency of carbon nanotube and reduction of graphene oxide, rapidly reduces graphene oxide to prepare graphene, and provides hybrid material with high thermal conductivity and isotropy. The thermal conductivity between graphene layers is improved. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for carbon nanotube/graphene hybrid material comprising carbon nanotube, which is vertically arranged on the surface of graphene sheet.
