▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Manufacture of carbon-metal composite involves mixing 900-1500 pts. wt. metal precursor powder and 100 pts. wt. carbon-based powder to prepare a mixed powder, pulverizing in a high-speed mill to a predetermined size, mixing the pulverized powder in a mixer for a predetermined period of time, to increase contact area between the carbon-based powder and the metal precursor powder, irradiating the resultant mixed powder with a using microwave of 800-1200 W and 2000-2500 W, heating the mixed powder at 1000-1200 degrees C for 2-5 minutes in atmosphere containing air, oxygen, nitrogen and/or argon, obtaining a composite with amorphous layer, controlling generation of an amorphous layer of the composite by repeating the pulverization step, mixing step, and irradiation step for 3-5 times. The metal precursor powder includes at least one metal chosen from tin, titanium, copper, gold, nickel and magnesium. The carbon-based powder is chosen from graphene, graphite, graphene oxide and carbon nanotubes. USE - Manufacture of carbon-metal composite with amorphous layer used for manufacturing component of aircraft, bicycle and other vehicles. ADVANTAGE - The method enables efficient, energy-saving and economical manufacture of lightweight carbon-metal composite with amorphous layer with high productivity. The composite has high strength, excellent durability and improved conductivity.
