NOVELTY - High-density polyethylene pipe comprises 40-90 pts. wt. high-density polyethylene, 5-30 pts. wt. glass fiber, 2-30 pts. wt. compatibilizer, 0.05-5 pts. wt. acid chloride grafted graphene, 0.2-3 pts. wt. anti-glass fiber exposed agent, and 1-10 pts. wt. black masterbatch. USE - High-density polyethylene pipe. ADVANTAGE - The high-density polyethylene pipe is simple and easy to operate, has excellent bending performance, tensile property and toughness. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing a high-density polyethylene pipe, which involves: (A) mixing high-density polyethylene, glass fiber, a compatibilizer, and acid chloride to graphene, anti-glass fiber exposed agent and black masterbatch to obtain a mixture; and (B) placing mixture into an extruder for extrusion molding to obtain the high-density polyethylene tube.
