USE - Quaternized polyethyleneimine modified graphene quantum dots for preparing antibacterial coatings, antibacterial solutions, and preparation of antibacterial material products (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing quaternized polyethyleneimine modified graphene quantum dots, which involves taking polyethyleneimine-modified graphene quantum dot nanoparticles (GQDs-PEI), and converting the quality of PEI according to the grafted amount of polyethyleneimine (PEI) in GQDs-PEI, dispersing it into a sealed bottle containing DMF solution, adding 1-bromohexane and potassium hydroxide to obtain a mixed system, first reacting at 90 degrees C for 12 hours, and then reducing the entire reaction temperature to 50 degrees C, and then adding the same amount of methyl iodide as 1-bromohexane, and continuing the reaction for 12 hours to obtain the quantum dots.
