NOVELTY - The method involves forming a strip-shaped Bulge structure with a template. A proton heat exchange press is formed with a micron level concave and convex structure. Atom layer gas phase deposition process is performed. A proton exchange catalyze layer is formed with a module. Slurry mixing process is performed by using an ultrasonic atomizing device. A thermoelectric management layer and a heat power management catalyze layer are matched with the proton exchange catalyze layer. USE - Graphene thermo-electric management layer based fuel cell preparation method. ADVANTAGE - The method enables fuel cell preparation process in a simple and convenient manner and increasing service life of a fuel cell.
