NOVELTY - An antistatic agent is prepared using 90-95 pts. wt. polyetheramide, 1-5 pts. wt. modified graphene, 1-3 pts. wt. functional additives and 0.5-2 pts. wt. lubricant. USE - Antistatic agent for forming and processing material used in electronic appliances, precision instruments, petroleum, chemical industry, coal mines and underground applications. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of antistatic agent by simple and easy process ensuring stable production, and ensures enhanced oxygen barrier properties, and enhanced molding stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation method of antistatic agent for material forming and processing, which involves uniformly mixing the raw materials by high-speed mixer, adding to twin-screw extruder, preparing antistatic agent by extrusion, granulating, and controlling heating temperature of each section of twin-screw extruder, where the section (I) is controlled at 170-180degreesC, the section (II) is controlled at 185-185degreesC, the section (III) is controlled at 200-215degrees Celsius, the section (IV) is controlled at 220-230degrees Celsius, and the section (V) is controlled at 210-220degrees Celsius.
