NOVELTY - The method involves installing the liquid or solid carbon source at both ends of a sealed container (2). The inert carrier gas (4) is injected from one end of the opening in container to convert the liquid or solid carbon source into a gaseous carbon source. The mixed gas containing the gaseous carbon source is discharged from other opening of the container. The discharged mixed gas is purged to the surface of a catalytic metal. The catalytic metal is irradiated with a laser light source (8) for depositing a graphene film on the metal surface. USE - Method used for rapid preparation of graphene by laser in atmospheric environment. ADVANTAGE - The heating and cooling speed of graphene is improved effectively. The preparation speed of graphene is improved efficiently. The rapid preparation process of graphene is simplified.
