NOVELTY - Preparing conductive polyethylene terephthalate fiber comprises (i) mixing graphene oxide, conductive carbon black and ethylene glycol, stirring and ultrasonically dispersing to obtain dispersion, where the stirring speed is 800 rad/minutes, (ii) adding terephthalic acid, catalyst and stabilizer into the dispersion, and carrying out high temperature esterification reaction, (iii) cooling when the melt intrinsic viscosity of the material subjected to the S2 reaction is 0.65-0.75 dl/g, cutting and drying to obtain conductive polyethylene terephthalate fiber chips, (iv) drying the conductive polyethylene terephthalate slice prepared in (iii), spinning, melt-squeezing and spinning to obtain final product. USE - The method is useful for preparing conductive polyethylene terephthalate fiber. ADVANTAGE - The fiber improved compatibility and stability, synergist effect, improved conductivity, and improved mechanical property and heat resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing conductive polyethylene terephthalate fiber comprises (i) mixing graphene oxide, conductive carbon black and ethylene glycol, stirring and ultrasonically dispersing to obtain dispersion, where the stirring speed is 800 rad/minutes, (ii) adding terephthalic acid, catalyst and stabilizer into the dispersion, and carrying out high temperature esterification reaction, (iii) cooling when the melt intrinsic viscosity of the material subjected to the S2 reaction is 0.65-0.75 dl/g, cutting and drying to obtain conductive polyethylene terephthalate fiber chips, (iv) drying the conductive polyethylene terephthalate slice prepared in (iii), spinning, melt-squeezing and spinning to obtain final product, the screw temperature during the melt spinning process is 280-300 degrees C, the pump supply is 40-60 g/minutes, the winding speed is 800-3200 m/minutes, the hot plate and hot plate temperature of the drafting machine are 70-160 degrees C, and drafting multiple is 1-5 times lower spinning the conductive fiber.
