SiC, 0-1 pts. wt. single-arm carbon nano-tube, 0-1 pts. wt. graphene; mixing uniformly to obtain silicon carbide substrate material B; taking Fe3O4 magnetic nano particles, dispersing in ethanol to obtain Fe3O4 ethanol dispersion; adding ethanol in Fe3O4 ethanol dispersion, then adding de-ionized water and concentrated ammonia solution; mixing uniformly, ultrasonicating for 10-60 minutes; adding silicon carbide substrate material, then continuously stirring for 5-20 hours at room temperature; filtering, washing precipitate with de-ionized water and ethanol respectively; obtaining Fe3O4-SiC; mixing Fe3O4-SiC with silver nitrate (AgNO3) solution.
