NOVELTY - Graphene-hard material-based complex latex with high wear resistance and high cutting resistance comprises 1-9 pts. wt. graphene modified complex hard material, 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. dispersant, 0.05-0.1 pts. wt. stabilizer, 0.2-1 pts. wt. accelerator, and 80-90 pts. wt. latex. USE - Used as graphene-hard material-based complex latex with high wear resistance and high cutting resistance. ADVANTAGE - The latex: is economical; has sufficient materials, simple process flow and excellent use comfort. The prepared gloves have high as level 5 anti-cutting performance, level 4 abrasion resistance, level 4 tear resistance, and level 4 puncture resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) preparing the graphene hard material-based complex latex with high wear resistance and high cutting resistance comprising (I) adding dispersant, stabilizer, and accelerator to part of latex one after another according to the above mentioned composition, and completely stirring for 1-5 hours, (II) adding the graphene modified complex hard material to the remaining latex, mechanically stirring for 1-5 hours, and grafting the graphene modified complex hard material onto the latex particles, and (III) mixing the latex processed in the step (I) and step (II), and stirring at 10-60 degrees C for 3-8 hours; (2) a high-strength, cut-resistant, and abrasion-resistant fabric product or yarn prepared from the highly wear-resistant, cut-resistant graphene hard material-based complex latex; and (3) preparing the high-strength, cut-resistant, and wear-resistant functional fabric products or yarns comprising impregnating the fabric product or yarn in the complex latex or coating the complex latex and drying.
