▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Producing reduced graphene oxide/carbon nanotube composite material having sponge structure, comprises (a) mixing water and alcohol to prepare aqueous solution, (b) mixing and dispersing graphene oxide and carbon nanotubes in the aqueous solution to prepare graphene oxide/carbon nanotube dispersion, (c) cooling the dispersion, and freeze-drying for 12-72 hours to prepare graphene oxide/carbon nanotube composite material, and (d) reducing the composite material by heat treatment. USE - The method is useful for producing reduced graphene oxide/carbon nanotube composite material having sponge structure (claimed) which is used in supercapacitor electrodes. ADVANTAGE - The method provides reduced graphene oxide/carbon nanotube composite material having improved electrical and electrochemical performance without using unnecessary or harmful additives in process of combining graphene oxide and carbon nanotubes. The composite material facilitates penetration of electrolyte ions and widens contact area to improve the supercapacitor capacity by inserting carbon nanotubes between the reduced graphene oxide sheets to increase interlayer spacing of the reduced graphene oxide.
