▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Oxidized graphene flakes are produced by adding sulfuric acid or mixture of orthophosphoric acid and sulfuric acid to graphite powder introduced into a reaction chamber of a reactor, setting pressure and temperature to 1-200 bar and 50-200 degrees C, respectively, mixing introduced components using magnetic stirrer or acoustic or ultrasonic homogenizer, and after 1-4 hours, cooling resulting reaction mixture to 0 degrees C, introducing 40-95 mass% oxidant into reaction chamber with continuous stirring, heating enriched mixture to 30-55 degrees C for 2-6 hours, with continuous mixing under pressure of 1-200 bar, after 1-24 hours, supplying deionized water to reaction chamber in an amount corresponding to a volume ratio of 1:2-3:1 with respect to acids, stopping reaction by adding perhydrol in a volume ratio of 1:20, based on the volume of the mixture, and removing finished product from reaction chamber of reactor via discharge valve. USE - Production of oxidized graphene flakes.
