NOVELTY - Modified flame-retardant thermoplastic composite plate comprises modified thermoplastic composite material (41) and fiber felt (42) that are compounded with each other; the modified thermoplastic composite material is made of a modified thermoplastic composition, which includes 30-68 wt.% polypropylene, 20-40 wt.% glass fiber, 10-30 wt.% flame retardant and 1-15 wt.% additives; the fiber felt is any one of glass fiber, polyester fiber and carbon fiber. USE - The composite plate is useful for modified flame-retardant thermoplastic plate armor anticorrosive structure (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composite plate: has low linear expansion coefficient, excellent flame-retardant performance, good tensile strength and impact strength, and long-term reliability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) preparing the modified flame-retardant thermoplastic composite plate comprising adding the modified thermoplastic composition to the extruder, obtaining modified thermoplastic composite material after extrusion molding with T-mold, temperature of the plasticizing section of the extruder is 160 degrees CC, residence time of the modified thermoplastic composition in the extruder is less than 5 minutes, compounding the modified thermoplastic composite material with the fiber felt and passing through the pressing roller of the extruder to obtain a modified flame-retardant thermoplastic composite plate, subjecting the fiber felt to prepreg treatment before being compounded, and prepreg is polyvinyl alcohol aqueous solution (10-40 wt.%); and (2) modified flame-retardant thermoplastic plate armor anticorrosive structure comprising a substrate, primer, adhesive and modified flame-retardant thermoplastic composite plate in sequence, after the surface of the substrate is polished or sandblasted, coating and covering the primer on the surface of the substrate, after it is cured, the modified flame-retardant thermoplastic composite plate is pasted through the process of kneading and extrusion, one side of the fiber felt of a plurality of modified flame-retardant thermoplastic composite plates is arranged and pasted on the substrate in sequence by using a bonding adhesive.
