NOVELTY - Graphene-phenolic resin glue comprises 65-75 pts. wt. phenolic resin glue, 5-8 pts. wt. graphene, 4-5 pts. wt. perchloroethylene resin, 2-4 pts. wt. cosolvent, 2-3 pts. wt. antioxidant, 0.5-1 pts. wt. toughening agent, 1-2 pts. wt. antifoaming agent, 1-2 pts. wt. wetting agent and 0.1-0.3 pts. wt. accelerant. The solid content of the phenolic resin glue is 100%. USE - The graphene-phenolic resin glue is useful for preparing outdoor heavy bamboo floor. ADVANTAGE - The graphene-phenolic resin glue improves the anti-mildew performance and anti-moth-eaten performance of the outdoor heavy bamboo floor. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) preparing graphene-phenolic resin glue comprising firstly mixing phenolic resin glue, graphene, perchloroethylene resin, cosolvent and accelerant to obtain a mixture and secondly mixing the mixture, antioxidant, toughening agent, antifoaming agent and wetting agent to obtain graphene-phenolic resin glue; and (2) preparing outdoor heavy bamboo floor comprising (a)drying, aging the bamboo bundle strip, dipping the graphene-phenolic resin glue, processing to obtain dipping bamboo bundle strip, (b) drying the dipped bamboo bundle strip, aging, preserving, forming into blanks, hot pressing, obtaining the slab and (c) aging and preserving slab to obtain outdoor heavy bamboo floor.
