NOVELTY - Non-hydrogel flexible electronic packaging material comprises 50-95 wt.% low volatility non-water filling medium, 10 wt.% organic silicon copolymer, 3-10 wt.% vinyl silicon oil, 1-30 wt.% modified nano filler, 0.4-30 wt.% crosslinking agent, 0.01-1 wt.% catalyst and 0.01-2 wt.% delay curing agent. The low volatility non-water filling medium comprises methyl silicon oil, dimethyl hydroxyl silicon oil, long-chain alkane silicon oil or mineral oil in the one kind of or combination of more. The organic silicon copolymer is dimethyl silicone polymer block polyethylene, dimethyl silicone polymer block polymethyl acrylate, polymethyl acrylate graft polydimethylsiloxane or polyethylene grafted polydimethylsiloxane in the one kind of or more combinations. USE - Non-hydrogel flexible electronic packaging material used in embedding flexible electronic circuit device (claimed).
