NOVELTY - Thermally conductive sheet with ultra-high thermal conductivity in thickness direction, comprises sheet-shaped thermally conductive sheet, where the thermally conductive sheet includes a thermally conductive sheet layer in a vertical direction, and the thermally conductive sheet layers are arranged side by side, between two adjacent thermally conductive sheet layers is an adhesive resin layer formed by an adhesive resin that bonds the thermally conductive sheet layers together. USE - Used as thermally conductive sheet with ultra-high thermal conductivity in thickness direction. ADVANTAGE - The thermal conductive sheet: has thermal conductivity in thickness direction of more than 50 W/m.K, which is much higher than that of existing thermal conductive interface materials; and has low interface thermal resistance and excellent resilience along the thickness direction, which solves the problem that the graphite sheet, graphene sheet and other thermal conductive sheets cannot be used to fill gaps.
