▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Improving interface bonding strength of graphene copper-based composites, comprises (i) taking commercially available graphene material as reinforcement, commercially available copper-based powder is used as matrix, taking tungsten powder as the precursor of interface products, (ii) placing graphene material, copper-based powder and tungsten powder in ball milling tank of the planetary ball mill, ball milling and mixing in protective atmosphere to obtain mixed powder, (iii) sintering the mixed powder obtained in step (ii) and molding to obtain graphene copper-based composite material. USE - The improving interface bonding strength of graphene copper-based composites is useful for the field of high-speed rail cables. ADVANTAGE - The method: improves mechanical properties of graphene copper-based composites and extends service life.
