▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - A self-supporting graphene manganese oxide composite electrode manufacturing method involves cutting flexible graphite paper, adding epoxy resin at the two surfaces of the paper, maintaining square surface as electrolysis part, and adding electrolyte in a container to obtain mixed solution. The pH of the resultant solution is regulated, followed by connecting two flexible graphite papers with positive and negative power supply, respectively. The electrolytic part is dipped below liquid surface of the electrolyte, followed by performing electrolysis. The resultant paper is washed and dried. USE - Method for preparing self-supporting graphene manganese oxide composite electrode. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparing the composite electrode with improved efficiency in a simple and cost effective manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A self-supporting graphene manganese oxide composite electrode manufacturing method involves cutting flexible graphite paper into 2x 2 cm square with tidy edges, adding epoxy resin at the two surfaces of the paper, maintaining 1x 1 cm square surface as electrolysis part, and adding 0.001-0.1 mol/l electrolyte in a container to obtain mixed solution. The pH of the resultant solution is regulated to 0.1-6 by adding sulfuric acid, followed by using an electrolytic device for a DC power supply, and connecting two flexible graphite papers with positive and negative power supply, respectively. The electrolytic part is dipped below liquid surface of the electrolyte by maintaining electrolytic part to be in parallel opposite direction to an electrode with spacing of 1 cm, and field strength between the flexible graphite papers to be more than 100 V/m, followed by performing electrolysis for 0.5-50 minutes by adjusting voltage slowly to 1-20 volts. The resultant graphite paper is removed and washed with distilled water till the pH of the electrolytic portion to be 7. The graphite paper is dried in a vacuum oven, where the electrolyte comprises 0.001-0.1 mol/l manganese acetate solution, cation solution of soluble salt and manganese sulfate solution.
