▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Coating comprises 30-40 pts. wt. acrylic resin emulsion, 5-10 pts. wt. graphene, 10-20 pts. wt. nano titanium dioxide, 2-5 pts. wt. calcium stearate, 2-3 pts. wt. dispersant, 1-2 pts. wt. wetting agent, 1-2 pts. wt. antifoaming agent, and 25-40 pts. wt. water. USE - The coating is useful for copper plating-free wire (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The coating has smooth surface, prevents the wire feeding is not smooth, arc sound burst, splashing and air hole. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) preparing coating comprising (i) taking acrylic resin emulsion and water, dividing into two parts, where uniformly mixing the first part of acrylic resin emulsion and water, adding dispersant, wetting agent and antifoaming agent, and stirring uniformly, then adding graphite, nano titanium dioxide and calcium stearate, stirring, and grinding and dispersing to form mixture, and the second part of the acrylic resin emulsion and water adding in to mixed material, and stirring uniformly, to obtain the bottom layer coating, and (ii) cleaning the coating of copper plating-free wire after surface, applying the coating in step (i) to the welding wire surface by using die compression coating; (2) use method of coating comprising having a copper-clad wire with a primer coating on its surface; and (3) preparing copper-free welding wire comprising (a) mixing the base oil and lanolin magnesium soap, stirring to make all materials, and mixing uniformly, to obtain the anticorrosive surface coating, and (b) coating the rust-proof layer coating in the step (a), at the high voltage electrostatic coating method is coating on the copper plating-free wire surface.
