NOVELTY - Film comprises ethylene tetrafluoroethylene resin and another resin. The melt flow rate of another resin is 20-50 g/10minute. The other resin comprises perfluoroalkoxy alkanes, Fluorinated ethylene propylene, ethylene chlorotrifluoroethylene, polyvinylidene difluoride and/or polylactic acid and the melt flow rate of the film is 620 g/10 minute. USE - Used as film comprising e.g. ethylene tetrafluoroethylene resin. ADVANTAGE - The film has excellent fracture resistance; significantly improves the uniform stretchability; increases the spatial aggregation state and segment entanglement of the polymer by blending another type of polymer resin in the ethylene tetrafluoroethylene resin; controls the crystallinity; improves mechanical properties; enables deformation during transfer molding and improves the quality and efficiency of semiconductor packaging.
