NOVELTY - Multilayer transparent packaging bag comprises 80-100 pts. wt. degradable base material, 3-5 pts. wt. polyethylene particles, 1-3 pts. wt. nylon particles and 8-15 pts. wt. reinforcing filler. The preparation of degradable base material comprises dissolving γ-cyclodextrin in the deionized water, adding lactide and stannous chloride after reacting, distilling to remove the deionized water, adding the substrate into the ethanol, dissolving substrate in dichloromethane, adding maleic anhydride and triethylamine, filtering to remove the filtrate, mixing the modified cyclodextrin, epoxy castor oil, p-toluenesulfonic acid, N, N-dimethyl formamide, distilling, stirring 2-amino-1,3-propanediol, lactic acid and terephthalic acid, adding tetrabutyl titanate and filtering to remove the filtrate, the substrate, super-branched cyclodextrin and N,N-dimethylformamide, adjusting the pH value to be alkaline, distilling to remove N,N-dimethylformamide to obtain the degradable base material. USE - Used as multilayer transparent packaging bag e.g. degradable base material. ADVANTAGE - The bag: uses a small amount of polyethylene and nylon to enhance the strength of the packaging bag; ensures the bag will not be easily damaged; has good biological degradability and completely degrades and improves the hyper-branched structure of the base material and interspersed distribution with the side chain polyester structure of the mechanical properties of the material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Multilayer transparent packaging bag comprises 80-100 pts. wt. degradable base material, 3-5 pts. wt. polyethylene particles, 1-3 pts. wt. nylon particles and 8-15 pts. wt. reinforcing filler. The preparation of degradable base material comprises (a) dissolving the γ-cyclodextrin in the deionized water, adding lactide and stannous chloride after reacting, distilling to remove the deionized water, adding the substrate into the ethanol, allowing to stand for processing, filtering to remove the filtrate, dissolving the substrate in dichloromethane, adding maleic anhydride and triethylamine, distilling to remove solvent, adding into the deionized water, mixing uniformly, filtering to remove the filtrate, drying the filter cake to obtain the modified cyclodextrin, (b) mixing the modified cyclodextrin, epoxy castor oil, p-toluenesulfonic acid, N, N-dimethyl formamide, distilling to remove the solvent, adding in the mixing deionized water, filtering to remove the filtrate, drying the filter cake to obtain the hyper-branched cyclodextrin and (c) mixing and stirring the 2-amino-1,3-propanediol, lactic acid and terephthalic acid, adding tetrabutyl titanate, reacting, heating under the vacuum condition, cooling and filtering to remove the filtrate, the substrate, super-branched cyclodextrin and N,N-dimethylformamide, adjusting the pH value to be alkaline, distilling to remove N,N-dimethylformamide to obtain the degradable base material. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for producing multi-layer transparent packaging bag comprising adding the degradable base material, polyethylene particles, nylon particles into N, N-dimethyl formamide, stirring to completely dissolve, adding sodium hydroxide to adjust to pH value, adding reinforcing filler, ultrasonic processing to obtain the spinning solution, electrostatic spinning and drying to obtain the multi-layer film, which is pulling, printing, heat sealing to obtain multi-layer transparent packaging bag.
