NOVELTY - Lead powder comprises lead oxide particles, activated carbon layer covering the lead oxide particles and graphene dispersed in the activated carbon layer with porous structure in which the graphene is dispersed in the pores. USE - The powder is useful in lead oxide activated carbon graphene core-shell structure (claimed) for lead carbon battery. ADVANTAGE - The method solves the problem of reduced charge retention capacity, manufacturing difficulty and increased cost existing in the conventional process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the lead powder.
