NOVELTY - Preparing metal element doped nano zinc oxide and graphene oxide composite antibacterial powder comprises e.g. (1) dispersing the sodium polyacrylate and nano-zinc oxide uniformly in water to obtain a dispersion; adding doping metal element component to the dispersion and reacting at 76-100 degrees C for 3-5 hours and controlling the pH is in the range of 3-6 to obtain the reaction liquid; filtering the reaction liquid, collecting the precipitate, and washing with water; drying the precipitate, and then performing heat treatment at 350-800 degrees C for 2-5 hours to obtain a doped powder; grinding the doped powder, to obtain metal element doped nano-zinc oxide, (2) dispersing silane coupling agent and metal element doped nano zinc oxide in anhydrous ethanol, and then refluxing at 75-80 degrees C for 3-5 h to obtain a reaction liquid, collecting the precipitate in the reaction solution and washing with anhydrous ethanol, and then drying the precipitate, and (3) preparing composite antibacterial powder. USE - The method is useful for preparing metal element doped nano zinc oxide and graphene oxide composite antibacterial powder. ADVANTAGE - The method: is simple, efficient and easy to industrially produce. The composite antibacterial powder: has good dispersibility, low energy consumption, and good antibacterial sterilization effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing metal element doped nano zinc oxide and graphene oxide composite antibacterial powder comprises (1) dispersing the sodium polyacrylate and nano-zinc oxide uniformly in water to obtain a dispersion; adding doping metal element component to the dispersion and reacting at 76-100 degrees C for 3-5 hours and controlling the pH is in the range of 3-6 to obtain the reaction liquid; filtering the reaction liquid, collecting the precipitate, and washing with water; drying the precipitate, and then performing heat treatment at 350-800 degrees C for 2-5 hours to obtain a doped powder; grinding the doped powder, to obtain metal element doped nano-zinc oxide; the mass ratio of the sodium polyacrylate and nano zinc oxide is 1:20-25; and the sodium polyacrylate has a molecular weight of 30000-50000. In the doped metal element component, the amount of the metal element in each metal element component is not greater than 10% of the amount of the material of the nano zinc oxide, and the doping amount of the metal element having a small atomic number is not less than a doping amount of a metal element having a large atomic number; (2) dispersing silane coupling agent and metal element doped nano zinc oxide in anhydrous ethanol, and then refluxing at 75-80 degrees C for 3-5 h to obtain a reaction liquid, collecting the precipitate in the reaction solution and washing with anhydrous ethanol, and then drying the precipitate to obtain a modified metal element doped with nano zinc oxide, the mass ratio of the silane coupling agent to the metal element doped nano zinc oxide is 1-2:10; and (3) dispersing the modified metal element doped nano zinc oxide in water to obtain a first dispersion liquid; dispersing the graphene oxide in ultrasonic vibration to obtain a second dispersion liquid; then, mixing the first dispersion liquid and second dispersion liquid dispersion to obtain a mixed solution; refluxing the mixture at 75-100 degrees C for 1-3 hours to obtain a reaction liquid; filtering the reaction solution, collecting a precipitate, and washing; then drying the precipitate, and grinding the precipitate to obtain the composite antibacterial powder.
