NOVELTY - Silicone graphene composite comprises silicone and porosity graphene layer has three dimensional structure formed on silicone. USE - Method for preparing silicon-graphene composite used in negative electrode for lithium ion battery. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare silicone graphene composite enhances electrode stability againstelectrode of the lithium ion battery and improves durability of the battery and lifetime stability and provides high energy density. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) a negative electrode, which comprises conductive agent and binder; (2) a battery module comprises lithium ion battery as unit cell; and (3) a method for preparing silicon nickel porous structure introducing silicon particles into a porous shell containing nickel compound, growing graphene by supplying carbon source gas to porous structure, heat treating porous structure and removing nickel after growing the graphene.
