NOVELTY - A plastic gear comprises 90-100 pts. wt. polyoxymethylene, 3-6 pts. wt. sodium gluconate, 3-5 pts. wt. flame retardant, 1-3 pts. wt. potassium hydrogen sulfate, 1-3 pts. wt. graphene, 2-4 pts. wt. 2,6-di-tert-butylphenol, 1-3 pts. wt. nano-clay, 15-20 pts. wt. polyolefin elastomer, 4-8 pts. wt. pentaerythritol tetrabenzoate, 2-5 pts. wt. boron nitride, 2-4 pts. wt. iron slag and 3-10 pts. wt. casting waste sand. USE - Plastic gear (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The plastic gear has excellent weather resistance and wear resistance.
