NOVELTY - The device has a driving mechanism for driving a powder carrying belt to rotate. An explosion mechanism performs electric explosion process to the powder carrying belt. A powder loading belt (3) loads a graphite powder (12) and a composite explosion pipe for limiting an explosion energy generated by the electric explosion process. A composite explosion pipe is fixedly installed in the explosion mechanism. The powder loading belt passes through the composite explosion pipe, the driving mechanism and the explosion mechanism. The powder loading belt and the composite explosion pipe are placed in an argon gas medium. The powder loading belt loads the graphite powder. USE - Device for continuously preparing graphene by using powder loading constraint electric explosion process in research field. ADVANTAGE - The device avoids introduction of impurity element after explosion, and improves service life by a better constraint energy. The powder loading belt loads the graphite powder, the constraint of the powder is graphite, improves stability of continuous electric explosion feeding graphite powder. The grounding electrode and the high voltage electrode two electrodes are made of the graphite, avoids introduction of impurity elements after explosion. The polyethylene explosion pipe is added with a concentric connecting pipe, improves service life. The device has better restrict and energy-gathering better.
